Ndji, Encrée dans la réalité!

Cette semaine, nous avons réussi à convaincre une jeune adulte à se livrer, à partager son talent pour l’écriture. Elle écrit, en anglais, dans plusieurs genres littéraires selon son inspiration, mais en général ses textes ont la particularité d’être profond. Dans certains, elle fait part de réflexions importantes qui méritent d’être partagées. Voulant rester anonyme pour l’instant, elle écrit sous le pseudo de Ndji. Isn’t it easy?

To promise with no real intention? Act as if life was a never ending comedy. Judge when there is no lived experience. Isn’t it easy...To break with no remorse? Walk on the weak with no backward glance? Take revenge as a goal. Criticize as it takes no effort. Cheat because only your own desire matters. Steal as it doesn’t require sweat. Envy with no admiration. Murder to feel alive… Isn’t it all a little bit too easy?

Does it feel right? To promise when there won’t be any attempt to fulfill? Why not be honest? Putting up a mask helps hide the flaws but reality will strike and truth will be exposed. Why act? Why break when there is no want to fix? Fate doesn’t forgive easily. Stomp on them on your way up without a glance, but life gives no second chances on the way back down…

Does it feel wise to only seek revenge? It’s a cold dish, why not set for a full and proper dinner? Critics come on go, no wonder it’s so cheap. Why not choose to be wealthy minded; learn and appreciate. Why live on others when earning your own worth gives such a thrill? Love and care for yourself but keep in mind the world is not crowded only by you, acknowledge others…

Does it feel neat to cheat? Winning the prize won’t take off the filth, why not be clean, losing with a head held high gives much more pride. Why steal when living of the fruits of your labor feel so much tastier? Why waste so many thoughts in envying when they could have served to achieve your dreams, don’t envy and destroy, admire and build. Feel alive by leaving your mark on the paint brush, not by setting fire to the masterpiece painted by life…

Only a fool goes in a rose garden to pick only the ones with no thorns, the wise will go armed with gloves along with his clip thorns and will leave with the most splendid roses in his arm. The easy way always look new and takes no efforts while the normal path is rugged, savage, and full of struggles. It’s only up to you to decide if it’s worth the pain and work or if you should take it smooth and easy…
